“A happy life is just a string of happy moments. But most people don't allow the happy moment, because they're so busy trying to get a happy life."

LITTLE THINGS
LOVE YOURSELF
Honestly, sometimes I feel like I'm a little bit lost. I want a lot of things, but at the same time I do nothing, and this paralyzes me. I feel like I'm going to explode. I feel like everyone does a lot, and I don't. I think a lot, but I don't do much. One day, I saw a video that talked about lessons and morals that someone wanted to teach us through a story. Which, basically, were about valuing the little moments. That happiness sometimes is not in doing many things and having a lot. So I recommend you go step by step and appreciate the moments. Also, don't get overwhelmed. Always move forward, trying not to return to bad habits. But if you do, don't stress. Get up and walk again.

Here are some little things to include in your routine that can make a big difference:

- Cleaning: I know you may have heard it many times and, perhaps, tried it many times. Cleanliness is important, and so is order. Having a dirty and messy room is not the same as having a clean and tidy room. It's like your mind calms down when it's in order and clean. I'm not telling you to spend a lot of time cleaning every day; a short period is enough. Especially if it is hard for you. What you can do is, in the morning, spend at least 5 minutes keeping your room tidy. Starting with the messiest things. Another thing you can do is make sure that every time you leave and enter your room, you pick up a messy thing and put it in its place.
- Self-care: it is very important to take care of yourself. Love yourself, take care of yourself,... You have to love yourself to love yourself. You can tell yourself things you like about yourself. And I know you've heard it many times, but...exercise. I know it can be hard to get started, but, trust me, it's worth it. Both physically and mentally. It clears your mind a little and keeps you healthy and fit. Start even by walking 20 minutes a day.
- Less screen: at least, establish certain periods of the day in which you will not touch any screen. You have to live in your reality, not in others' reality.
- Be grateful. Value what you have. Reflect on it. Think about it. Be grateful for what you have. Enjoy the small moments, knowing their great value.
I hope with all my heart that you improve and feel good. Love yourself and take care of yourself.
