Are you lost?
If you're here, it's probably because you want to get to know yourself more. Maybe you're a little lost right now. Don't worry, it happens to me too. I got to a point where I didn't know who I was or what I was like; I didn't even know what I wanted to do. Nor what I liked, what I didn't like, what I wanted to study, what I wanted to work on, etc. And honestly, I'm still not sure if I know everything. I am on the path to knowing myself better.
It is really important to know yourself because if you do not, you can get lost and start to feel like you belong anywhere. It can be painful and have a lot of bad consequences for your mental health.
